Datalogic is looking for a professional in the health & safety function for site management that will also be responsible for ensuring GDPR compliance.

You will implement processes and drive safety performance metrics for the install business at our clients in the EMEAI Region and you will make sure that all data collected are compliant with most recent GDPR regulations.

You will be based primarily at one of our Headoffice in Bologna, and you will follow projects related to building and running the worksite at our clients' premises, in the whole EMEAI region.

In your role, you will also travel at times to ensure the correct set up of the worksite according to the H&S standards.

**Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Support Project Managers and the field team in the installation of products for the T&L & Manufacturing industries

- Manage the documentation flow (i. e.

operational safety plan), according to current H&S standards and procedures

- Ensure that all aspects and details of the projects are aligned with the scope of work

- Be the point of reference for the management of access requirements to the client's site (specific H&S courses, local regulations, pass/accesses permit, visas, )

- Occasional on-site visits to verify the H&S requirements are met

- Revise GDPR regulations to make sure that all contracts and agreements with the client are GDPR compliant.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering, preferably industrial engineering;

- Languages: Italian and English (fluent)

- Experience: 2+ years in a similar role
