Main responsibilities

- Provide technical assistance on customer's operating sites;

- Analyze system's technical issues and propose solutions in order to maximize efficiency and availability;

- Perform system's preventive and corrective maintenance, analyzing system's failures and identifying damaged parts and proceed with its replacement;

- Verify system functionality using lab tools (spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope);

- Ensure resolution of technical and logistic issues (e. g.

handling of spare parts, analyze warehouse stocks) in compliance with qualitative standars, times and costs;

- Drafting technical support documentation regarding the performed maintenance activity.

Technical Requirements

- Knowledge of Electronics, both in Analog-Digital and Radio-frequency;

- Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and measurement theory.

- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.

Education

Technical Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or Mechanical Engineering.
