**Posizione**:

We are looking for a Field Service Technician who will work to support and assist our dealers' network on site dedicated for **electrified products.

- Your main tasks will be visiting and training our dealer network helping their service department to carry out our specific range of electric products

- Provide troubleshooting to the Dealer's service department issuing service technical reports

- Promoting the sale of revamping and upgrading services for the machine fleet in the market.

**Requisiti**:

- Degree or Diploma in Electrics or Electrics/Electronics/Mechatronic

- Min 3-year experience in service

- You have higher technical education (analysis system and instruments) and have a few years of experience in a similar position

- You are willing to travel for frequent short or medium duration missions (mainly abroad) and have ability and skill to manage proactively the customer relationship and critical situation

- You are able to manage work with autonomy and to work in team

- Ability to communicate fluently in Italian and fluent English is required

- Previous experience in companies of plants equipped with PLC or industrial machinery and equipment electrified

- Proficiency in various service and test mythologies, relevant in-house and industrial standards related to Measurement Products Analytical and Service.
