Field Service Technician Industrial Vehicle (M/F)

Essential duties:

Manage Machines commissioning process Perform Technical Trainings to our Dealers Technicians Manage service-related customer concerns such as warranty issues, job scheduling, job progress, etc. Prepare customer repair estimates in a timely and accurate manner and provide follow-ups. Support spare parts delivery service Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledge of heavy equipment such as cranes, bulldozers, tractors, combines, forklifts, etc. Location: Cavaion Veronese (Verona)
