On behalf of our client, a international manufacturer of pharmacy automation machines, In Job Spa is looking for a FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER In order to increment the growth of operations in Italy, the ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team that will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of innovative machinery for the pharmaceutical industry. Main Responsibilities Install and implement equipment according to the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) requirements Assign and perform validation test Provide product solution support, installation, machines start up, commissioning of equipment and training on machines to service professionals Coordinate preventive hardware and software maintenance with IT department Establish outstanding relationship with customer, delivering support both onsite and remote Act as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support and problem resolution Set up service documentation and provide technical training to colleagues and distributors Conduce After sale service visits anf consultancy Supporting internation customers and distributors vith software upgrades, hardware manintenance and implementations Translationg existing documentation into Italian language Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or similar) or High School Diploma Fluent English and Italian mother tongue Previous experience in providing engineering-technical field services, troubleshooting and field repairs of electrical/mechanical equipments preferably in the pharma sector (minimum 3 years) Strong problem solving skills and ability to work proactively Available to extensive travel in and outside the Country - % of the time (a period of training is request in the company's headquarter abroad) Living and allowed to worked in Italy Capabilities to operate in a flexible team environment with minimal supervision We offer An enticing compensation package: base salary, benefits (direct italian contract with the client), company car, company credit card, travel allowance Location: North/Central Italy (home office and business trip in Italy and sometimes abroad) Growth opportunities in an international and very interesting company
