On behalf of our client, an international manufacturer of pharmacy automation machines, In Job Spa is looking for a FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER In order to increment the growth of operations in Italy, the ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team that will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of innovative machinery for the pharmaceutical industry. Main Responsibilities Install and implement equipment according to the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) requirements Assign and perform validation tests Provide product solution support, installation, machine startup, commissioning of equipment, and training on machines to service professionals Coordinate preventive hardware and software maintenance with the IT department Establish outstanding relationships with customers, delivering support both onsite and remotely Act as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support, and problem resolution Set up service documentation and provide technical training to colleagues and distributors Conduct after-sale service visits and consultancy Support international customers and distributors with software upgrades, hardware maintenance, and implementations Translate existing documentation into the Italian language Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or similar) or High School Diploma Fluent in English and Italian (mother tongue) Previous experience in providing engineering/technical field services, troubleshooting, and field repairs of electrical/mechanical equipment, preferably in the pharma sector (minimum 3 years) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work proactively Available for extensive travel in and outside the country (a period of training is required at the company's headquarters abroad) Living and authorized to work in Italy Capabilities to operate in a flexible team environment with minimal supervision We offer An enticing compensation package: base salary, benefits (direct Italian contract with the client), company car, company credit card, travel allowance Location: North/Central Italy (home office and business trips in Italy and sometimes abroad) Growth opportunities in an international and very interesting company Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Customer Service Industries Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Chemical Manufacturing Automation Machinery Manufacturing J-18808-Ljbffr
