FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER In order to increment the growth of operations in Italy, the ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team that will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of innovative machinery for the pharmaceutical industry.

Main Responsibilities Install and implement equipment according to the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) requirementsAssign and perform validation testsProvide product solution support, installation, machine startup, commissioning of equipment, and training on machines to service professionalsCoordinate preventive hardware and software maintenance with the IT departmentEstablish outstanding relationships with customers, delivering support both onsite and remotelyAct as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support, and problem resolutionSet up service documentation and provide technical training to colleagues and distributorsConduct after-sale service visits and consultancySupport international customers and distributors with software upgrades, hardware maintenance, and implementationsTranslate existing documentation into the Italian languageRequirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or similar) or High School DiplomaFluent in English and Italian (mother tongue)Previous experience in providing engineering/technical field services, troubleshooting, and field repairs of electrical/mechanical equipment, preferably in the pharma sector (minimum 3 years)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work proactivelyAvailable for extensive travel in and outside the country (a period of training is required at the company's headquarters abroad)Living and authorized to work in ItalyCapabilities to operate in a flexible team environment with minimal supervisionWe offer An enticing compensation package: base salary, benefits (direct Italian contract with the client), company car, company credit card, travel allowanceLocation: North/Central Italy (home office and business trips in Italy and sometimes abroad)Growth opportunities in an international and very interesting companySeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionCustomer ServiceIndustriesPharmaceutical ManufacturingChemical ManufacturingAutomation Machinery Manufacturing
