Job Overview

Get in touch with our customers as a field service technician based in a branch but available throughout the national territory.

Utilize all appropriate technical skills in providing the best customer service for the category.

As part of the Service organization, by reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will help provide data, operating methods, support, installation and assistance for our customers.

**Responsibilities of the Role

**In-House**:

- Reception of equipment on site

- Stacking of pallets/boxes

- Shipments of goods

- Inventory

- Testing and monitoring the proper functioning of new or repaired units

- Repair of units, accessories and individual handpieces

- Management, use and register of spare parts

- Support to Service Help Desk

- Compliance with H&S internal regulatory

- Care for the work environment

**Customer's site**:

- Installation of the Medical Devices

- Preventive maintenance

- Preventive evaluation and possible repair

- Recovery of the medical device if the maintenance activity has to be done at our office

- Take care of any packaging of the units to be recovered

**Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in technical department and managing the tasks described.

- Bachelor:**:High school or University degree in Electronics - Technician profile.

- Theoretical knowledge of electrical components and systems, software / hardware.

- Intermediate English level.
