As a Field Service Technician, your mission will be to manage the maintenance activities, both preventive and corrective, applying the highest quality standards in order to ensure the highest availability to our domestic and international customers' fleets.

Some of the main activities will be: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, in accordance with maintenance manuals and related operating instructions, using specific tools and equipment. Perform overhaul and repair of electrical and mechanical organs and related subsystems at designated workshops. Accurately and completely draft the necessary documentation and reports. Arrange for proper management of spare parts (storage, return, disposal). Propose and implement improvements to our processes. To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Knowledge of railway systems together with the achievement of the qualification to operate safety organs in accordance with Decree 04/12 of the National Agency for Railway Safety (ANSF). Proven experience in maintenance of rolling stock, preferably electric locomotives. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation. Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and ability to make decisions independently. Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of German will be considered a plus. Good knowledge of computer systems and software as well as ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
