Job Description: Field Services Technician - Power Transformers About the Role As a Field Services Technician at Siemens Energy Transformers, you will gain deep insights into the ambitious work activities of a Power Transformers factory.

You'll have the opportunity to engage with a broad variety of customers and projects in different countries, working with a highly motivated and international team.

A Snapshot of Your Day Being a part of the Service department means you will:

Deliver outstanding and professional services on-site, including maintenance, repairs, engineering, consulting, sophisticated services, extensions, upgrades, retrofits, installation, and commissioning.

Arrange travel using Siemens Energy tools and prepare all necessary materials and documentation, including final technical reports.

Exceed customer expectations by understanding their needs and identifying potential sales and business opportunities.

Suggest product and process upgrades within the business to improve operations and customer service.

What You Bring Academic background in electromechanical/electric field or equivalent.

Demonstrated ability as a field service technician, preferably in the power transformers sector or electrical substation field, with a track record of maintenance, repair, and retrofit works, including performing electrical LV tests.

Ability to lead field projects with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach while communicating clearly and expertly with partners.

Must have a valid driver's license and availability to travel both in Italy and abroad (minimum 60% of the time).

Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
