**Your day-to-day responsibilities include**:
- You ensure that all the installation/ maintenance activities are performed within the SLA defined for the field service personnel, whether internal or external.
- You ensure all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved utilizing engineers and other teams as needed.
- You support field service personnel in managing activities within SLA, sometimes getting in touch directly with the merchant.
- You support the network with administrative tasks.
- You must ensure adequate level of stock for the intervention: they are responsible for ordering material to supply chain department.
- You monitor and checks the suspended activities, ensuring that they are correctly managed, with particular to DOA and no Hardware suspension reason.
- You must be able to recognize which kind of issue must be escalated.
**Signs of success**:
- You monitor performances of field service network to reach internal SLA
- You are Responsible of stock and field network warehouse
- You manage daily relationship with external supplier
- You coordinate Internal network
- You ensure that all activities have been correctly managed.
- You solve day-to-day issues arising from the field network
- You advise management on situations that may require additional client support or escalation.
**Skills we can't do without**:
- You have profound experience in MS tools.
- You possess sophisticated, accurate and proactive approach to monitor KPIs and performances.
- You have sophisticated Time Management skills.
- You have excellent listening skills, critical thinker with attention to detail.
**Skills we'd like**:
- Project management certification (Six Sigma or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
