To strengthen our **Immunology team**, based in Milan, Italy, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of**:Field Solution Partner (FSP).
This role is a field-base position.
**About the role
You involve overseeing the strategic planning, development and execution of cross-ecosystems tactics in line with our Patient Value Brand Plan Strategy through engagement and management of various stakeholders, such as HCPs, HCOs, other key individuals or groups who have an interest in the project's success.
By doing so, you will play a critical end-to end role in ensuring, through project management, stakeholders management, teamwork mindset and leadership skills, the whole value chain of the projects from insights to impact.
This role requires a deep understanding of the organization's goals and strategy and the ability to align stakeholder engagement efforts with its strategic objectives.
**You will work with
You will lead, inspire, and model cooperative teamwork behaviors that enables the different stakeholders to be accountable for creating (in collaboration with the local cross functional therapeutic area team) & coordinating field strategies and executing tactics.
**What you will do
- Identify and prioritize key stakeholders, both internal and external, who have an impact on the organization's success
- Develop and implement strategies for engaging and fostering positive networking relationships with these stakeholders
- Cross Ecosystem Networking activities
- Tactical Planning working with Customer Table and tactical key role (as access - MKT - Head of franchise - European peers - strategic functions as compliance) to define and refine the organization's field Local objectives in line with strategy
- Translate field Local goals into actionable plans and initiatives. Coordinate the execution of field Local projects, ensuring they are aligned with the organization's goals. Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and take corrective actions as needed
- Lead, inspire, and model cooperative teamwork behaviors that enables different teams to be accountable for creating (in collaboration with the LPVU and peers) & coordinating field local strategies and executing tactics
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and its stakeholders. Advocate for stakeholder interests within the organization
- Use feedback and insights to continuously improve stakeholder relations and field Local execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy among various departments and initiatives
- Ensure implementation of local field projects and monitoring of performance vs. objectives
- Coordinate resources and efforts to achieve field Local goals. Identify potential risks or challenges related to stakeholder engagement and strategic execution
- Ensure goals are accomplished within boundaries established by regulatory, legal and compliance in accordance with company policies, processes and sound ethical practices
- Cross functional input into country TA strategy and ecosystem plans (with ecosystem leads, solution teams, Medical area, Access):
- Promote best practice sharing and identification of synergies and collaboration cross assets and cross indications
- Resource optimization & effectiveness including budget management
- Piloting of regional initiatives and sharing of insights/best practice through RheumaBone community
- Monitor local healthcare environment and share insights with Head Franchise to evolve field Excellence capability Framework
**Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills**:
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in Commercial / Marketing role or/and 8+ years in similar role effectively managing strategic projects is a plus
- Relevant therapeutic area experience is a plus
- Demonstrated strength in project management planning, development and implementation
- Effective communication, presentation and engagement skills
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Project management and team leadership experience
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to drive and manage complex environments
- Digital Literacy
- Willingness to travel on regular basis
