Adecco Italia spa is looking for a FIELD SUPPORT OFFICER.

The Field Support Officer will be working at the Italy Operation Office based in Bari with frequent missions on the field and will be responsible for the following tasks:

Providing support to manage activities related to the implementation of the Operational plan 2025 agreed by EUAA and Italy under the direct supervision of the Measure Coordinators;Supporting the coordination of multiple teams based in different locations in the implementation of programme activities and the delivery of programme outcomes;Managing contacts, liaising and networking with local stakeholders;Ensuring effective communication flow between central office and teams/stakeholders in different locations;Supporting the development of tools for operational support;Regular reporting on the functioning of teams and general operations, including compilation of statistics and specific reports or briefings;Providing support in the coordination and organisation of relevant coordination meetings involving Italian authorities at national level and/or local representatives of national institutions;Participating in coordination meetings and institutional roundtables at local level to align and follow up on main asylum matters as requested;Preparing programme status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information;Drafting documents, templates, minutes, and reports;Performing any other duties required in the interest of the service. Candidates will be considered eligible for selection on the basis of the following formal criteria: Essential University Degree in business administration, development studies, economics, international relations or other related fields of at least three years attested by a diploma;Previous relevant professional experience in similar tasks of at least 3 years;Good knowledge of programme management;Ability to perform data analysis using Excel and other tools;Possess a thorough knowledge of both Italian and English;Advantageous Knowledge of asylum and migration related legislation and procedures would be an important asset;Previous experience within an international and multicultural environment. Responsabilità: We offer a fixed-term contract for three-month maternity replacement (with the possibility of renewal until November 2025).

Gross Salary 4070€ per month.
