We are looking for a Field Support Specialist - SCADA System to join our South Europe Service Project team. 50% travelling to our customers based in Europe is to be expected. Based in Italy, you lead and enhance a technical team 's performance in BioProcess equipment services, to ensure successful delivery and maintenance of equipment. You will be working in a dynamic team where we hope to future develop your talents together. Grow with us – Your ResponsibilitiesYou are the point of escalation for technical assistance and liaise the team to ensure timely resolution of all issues. You act as a key source for pro-active improvement suggestions for the technical and field service aspects of the position. You support the Field Service Technicians with in depth technical knowledge.

You perform service activities within guidelines and in compliance with internal & customer procedures and regulations.

This means mainly: commissioning/installation, repairs, maintenance, etc. to ensure safe and effective customer operations. Manage new (especially large) installations, take ownership for the customer site new equipment will be installed to ensure that everything necessary has been prepared accordingly to our requirementsEnsure the validation of the practical skills acquired in the field by the Service Technicians at the end of the companionship program.
