What are we looking for?
Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a Sales role.
People Leadership experience Fluent in Italian and English Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills required Strong diplomacy and adaptability attributes Must possess strong logic and reasoning skills Must have the ability to plan for, prioritize and execute multiple recurring and ad hoc tasks Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail Must have the ability to work well under time constraints Must have the ability to take own initiative and work independently.
Must be able to effectively communicate through in-person visits, Zoom/MS Teams and phone Must have flexible and adaptable attitude to cope with fast changing and complex environment Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use confidential information appropriately Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively and adapt to changing priorities What will be your key responsibilities?
Recruit, onboard, develop and coach performance of Area Sales Specialist to drive quality sales volume enabling the team to achieve their sales goals.
Create annual and cycle specific priorities to execute national, regional and account specific programs and to inspire the successful achievement of company strategies and priorities via in market execution.
Spend minimum 60% of time in field to ensure accountability and manage individual performance while coaching and developing skills and capabilities to enhance performance and achieve business results.
Constantly checking sales updates of CRM software (Salesforce) Effectively execute with the Sales Manager and the Medical Director responsibilities inclusive of ongoing performance management and associate development.
Build and maintain a comprehensive team engagement action plan to foster a high performing team environment.
Embed company vision and purpose by championing change management principles to effectively lead and inspire team.
Cultivate collaborative relationships with Marketing function to align the strategy.
Perform quarterly audits to assess Salesforce effectiveness and to identify coaching opportunities.
Take appropriate follow up action as required.
Partner with Sales and cross-functional Associates to identify and prioritize systems, tools and processes needed to deliver short term deliverables and long-term business strategies.
Role model the ability to analyze sales data and leverage insights, acting as a resource to assist sales specialist in fact-based selling and solutions-oriented behaviors.
Consistently demonstrate and hold team accountable for exhibiting the Mars Five Principles.
Perform special projects as assigned by leadership.
