FINANCE_Digital and Analytics Senior AnalystWe're searching for a highly skilled Finance Data Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and AI to unlock key business insights, optimize decision-making, and contribute to the evolution of our finance function.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver: Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that effectively communicate complex financial data and drive strategic decision-making. Empower through training: Provide expert guidance and training to finance team members on Power BI tools and best practices, fostering a data-driven culture and maximizing user adoption. Collaboration and innovation: Partner with IT and finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and the implementation of advanced analytics solutions (e. g. , AI, process automation). Data storytelling: Translate complex data analyses into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that inform and influence key stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Data Science fields. 3+ years of proven experience in a financial analysis or business intelligence role, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and visualization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Semantic Models, Power Query (M language), Connectivity Modes (Import, DirectQuery, Live Connection) and data modeling techniques.

Experience applying these skills as well within Microsoft Excel is highly advantageous (Power Query Editor and Power Pivot). Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Automate and RPA. Knowledge of Qlik Sense or other BI platforms is a plus. Strong understanding of financial processes, financial statements, and related KPIs. Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Languages: English work proficiency.
