**You will be responsible for**:

- Improve financial planning tools and procedures, building budgets and forecasts to enable a data-driven strategic thinking.

- Supervise the implementation of tools and softwares to improve the financial control.

- Develop processes and tools to bolster treasury and cashflow monitoring.

- Identify and anticipate financial risks, preparing contingency plans.

- Manage and improve relationships with banks and financial suppliers.

- Coordinate internal and external teams to comply with legal and contractual obligations.

- Support the founders in fundraising and investors relations, identifying non-dilutive funding opportunities.

- Co-operate with other departments (HR, Supply Chain, etc. ) to improve operational efficiency and enable cost saving actions.

- Prepare reports, key documents and presentations as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of experience in modern organizations

- Top-notch organizational skills

- Precision and strategic thinking capabilities

**What will constitute a major plus**:

- Previous experience in a scale-up and dynamic environment

- Good English reading and writing skills
