Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s.

Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

We are looking for our office in Milan as soon as possible for you as Finance & Administration Specialist Italy (M/F/x) in Part-Time 60%.

Tasks

- Processing of all accounting transactions

- Booking and preparing the monthly accounts on the basis of Italian GAAP

- Creating the value added tax settlements

- Preparing financial budgets, forecasts and quarterly financial statements and reporting to head office (Tagetik)

- Administration of different HR-tasks like contracting or maintaining personnel files

- First contact person for all administrational topics in Italy

**Requirements**:

- Relevant work experience in accounting as well as professional financial background

- Proficiency with MS Office and computerized financial systems, such as accounting programs, databases, payment processing, excel spreadsheets, etc.

- High IT-affinity

- Ability to work independent with little supervision, accurate and reliable

- Fluent in Italian and very good English skills

- Perspective possibility to increase to a working volume 100%.
