**Finance & Administration Specialist Jr. **:

The role is part of the Administration and Finance team and involves supporting pre-billing, liability cycle management and bank management activities.

**Summary of responsibilities**:

Recording invoices payable on SAP system

Recording bank movements

Making end-of-period entries to prepare reporting (e. g.

depreciation, exchange rate adjustments)

Assisting the team in ordinary administrative management activities

We are looking for a young graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in economics, preferably with even brief experience in a company or accountancy firm.

In addition to an excellent familiarity with Office IT tools, the main skills required include:

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to move autonomously when interfacing with the various company functions and external bodies

Aptitude for team work

Good written and spoken English
