Job Description
Within the The Human Safety Net foundation, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.
Key responsibilities of the role will include: Donations data: Supporting the MEL manager in monitoring global grant donations data (payments, budget allocations, contract status) by consolidating incoming data from Programmes Team and organizing them into tracking systems. Contributing to process optimization by making recommendations on a new automated approach to monitoring grant donations data. Feedback from Country Teams: Gathering questions, comments and feedback directly from representatives from 26 Countries into a singular document for a process review on 2024 data collection. Social Impact Report: Supporting in the quality checks on data compiled for the Social Impact Report, cross-checking against contracts and internal tracking system. Programmes Team Support: Supporting the Programmes team in other areas of administration and grants management on one-off projects as needed. Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science or any related field. Proven track record in Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian. Experience with CRMs (SAP, Salesforce) for data import/export and analysis will be considered a plus. Previous working experience will be considered a plus. Soft skills: Passion for creating a future where vulnerable groups of people can unlock their potential. Curiosity about different cultures and interest in working across different countries globally. Detail-oriented and extremely precise. Organized and effective at carrying forward multiple workstreams contemporarily. Company Profile
