You might be theperfect fit in ways you haven't imagined yet!Your Role & ResponsibilitiesAs aFinance & Operations Specialist, you will play a cross-functional role covering different areas across the organization:Finance & AdministrationOversee and support thedigitalization of administrative workflows, including billing cycles (AR/AP), treasury, procurement, warehouse management, and payment automation. Maintain and supervise ourERP system, ensuring process efficiency and intervention when needed. Liaise with external consultants(accountants, legal advisors, HR consultants, compliance specialists). Support budgeting, financial planning, and investment analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making for company growth. Prepare monthly and quarterly finance reportsto support controlling and decision-making. Assist the COO withinvestor relationsand company reporting. Operations & LogisticsCoordinatelogistics and supply chain flows, mapping processes and integrating them into the ERP system. Manage shipments and track ordersfrom suppliers and to customers. Support the implementation ofISO 9001 certificationand supplier/customer monitoring systems. Conductcost analysis for new products, collaborating with suppliers and the R&D team to optimize technology choices and maximize profit margins. Evaluate and coordinate the search for a new operational site, assessing location, budget, compliance, and facility management providers. What We're Looking For1-3 years of experiencein at least one of the core areas listed above (finance, operations, logistics, ERP/digitalization, or business administration). Strong analytical mindset with the ability tostructure and optimize processes. Hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in afast-growing tech environment. Fluent in English(written & spoken) – must be comfortable in an international business environment. Familiarity withERP software, financial reporting, and supply chain toolsis a plus. Experience with AI-powered productivity tools(e. G. , automation, data analysis, workflow optimization) is appreciated.
