You will be responsible for the execution of the operating plan & forecast modelling, detailed business analysis and reporting in support of business operations and key initiatives.

You will serves as tactical, day to day business partner, establishing priorities to deliver comprehensive finance support to business teams including profitability analysis, initiative performance, and cost control.

You will analyse business risks and opportunities and recommend action plans.

You will also develop and refine financial models and analysis to support a changing business environment.

You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills with success in periodically expanding financial responsibilities and influence consistent with the Director of Finance role.

You will provide a detailed and organized planning direction and guidance to multiple business and finance teams.

You will identify and implement process improvement ideas within area of responsibility.

You will also be a cross-functional contributor on business and CFO projects.

In addition, you will perform expanded supervisory responsibilities inherent in a team leadership role, including ensuring the success of others in CFO.

For this role, we would need you to bring experience in a senior financial managerial position, which you will ideally have gained within a banking or other financial industry organisation.

You will have studied a Bachelors in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math, with at least 7 -10 years' experience or equivalent with leadership experience.

Your strong financial analytical and advisory skills enable you to deliver effective business partnering.

You need to have deep knowledge of GAAP, banking, and working in a regulatory environment.

You have the ability to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success.

As this is a role that will be heavily involved in project work, we would expect you to have experience in successfully managing complex projects.

Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
