We are looking for an intern for our Global Finance Accounting & Compliance Team. Main activities will include supporting the project leader in ensuring compliance to L262/2005 withproper archiving of all the key documentation.

Furthermore will support the periodical review, approval and accruals process of all the Corporate Contracts. Your role and activities:

Testing and Desk review support - Support in process management, ensuring compliance with deadlines;

- Support in the Testing and Desk review process, with progressive autonomy in performing the periodical testing;

- Proactively support the project leader in ensuring the follow-up of the issues identified;

- Documentation archive Maintenance and management of the documentation flow - Proactively support the project leader in ensuring the follow-up process:

reminders, proactive follow-up request to international team members;

- User management;

- Collecting internal letters of acknowledgment and declaration of conformity;

- Uploading of testing reports, risk control matrix, remediations, calendars, etc.

Support in preparing L262 update presentations for the Board, Statutory auditors committee, external auditors and Top Management Support in updating existing Administrative and Accounting procedures, with reference to all the Group subsidiaries - Support in the testing of the controls' design - Proactively support in thedesign and implementation of remediations What you'll need:

- Degree in economics, finance, or related fields;

- Fluent in English and would like to work with multicultural teams;

- Comfortable with numbers and good at analyzing data and capturing insights;

- Strong attention to detail;

- Proactive approach;
