Finance Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Finance Administrator.
As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, processing invoices and expenses, and assisting with financial analysis.

**Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain financial records, including invoices, expenses, and payments
- Process invoices and expense claims in a timely manner and ensure accuracy
- Assist with financial analysis and reporting, including variance analysis and budget tracking
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies assisting the HQ controlling.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities together with an external partner
- Prepare and submit various financial reports as required as well as Agents commissions reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- High English level as communications with the HQ office must be in English
