Finance Analyst (Controller) - Kings League Italy
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee company financial needs, controlling disbursements, bank balances, establishing and maintaining credit and collection procedures
- Participate in the elaboration of the annual budget plan.
- Elaborate and analyze strategic KPIs of the company (margins, pricing, business development, etc. )
- Analyze deviations of actual figures vs. budget.
- Prepare business managerial reporting (Profit & Loss, balance sheet, cash flows, . . . ) on a monthly basis, that is timely, accurate, and usable by the business in assessing its financial and economic performance
- Develop business intelligence tools, to provide a basis for decision making.
- Create financial analysis and initiatives to improve profitability.
- Monitor the cash flow into and out of the organization, and calculate the working capital and cash flow projection of the company, on a monthly basis.
- Oversee payments of all accounts, ensuring all accounts are paid on time.
- Organize information and statements for audits and both internal and external auditors.
- Analyze, recommend and implement necessary improvements across the finance landscape of the business to ensure integrity and consistency of financial data.
- Advise on financial analyses and decisions-making regarding capital investments, pricing, contract negotiations, significant costs, benchmarks, and other matters with management and chief financial officer.
- Partner with the Accounting Manager in the closing of the Financial Statements and preparation of all reporting materials
**Requirements**:
- 5 years experience as Controller or as a Financial/ Business Analyst. Desirable working experience in transactions services in a "Big Four" company.
- Background in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
- Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude, you are able to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- You are able to build connections with people, you create a positive and inspiring environment where teams thrive and challenge each other positively.
- Humble and approachable, you are a team player, with great collaboration skills, that always put the team goals above your personal interest.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
