**Job description**:

The Finance Analyst - Cost of Quality is as key Finance partner to the Quality department providing financial oversight and driving improvement initiatives for CoQ across the INNIO group.

**Your Responsibilities**:

Own the monthly Cost of Quality (CoQ) financial closing and reporting cycles

Drive CoQ financial planning cycles, including operational reviews and close alignment withgroup FP&A and other Finance teams

Partnering with the Quality department to monitor cost and drive cost improvement through metrics-driven management

Perform financial validation of Warranty programs and model INNIO's financial exposure and subsequent provision requirements

Support BI re-design to enable transparency, flexibility, sustainability, deeper analysis, and efficient reporting solutions

**Required profile**:

**Your Profile**:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration

Solid professional financial experience, ideally in a production or after-sales environment

**Strong analytic skills**: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change

**Excellent communication skills and assertiveness**: experience working across multiple levels and functions; clearly communicate complex financial information
