You will be reporting to the Record to Report Finance Manager who is based in Paris.

You will have a close relationship with the local leadership team.

**Your role**:

Integrated in the Financial Operations ("FinOps") team, your tasks will be based around multiple focuses:

- You will have a close relationship with the local leadership team;

- You will be responsible for all local financial statement and tax audits;

- You will take care of all direct and indirect taxes as well statistical reporting;

- You'll be performing regular period end tasks including looking after our fixed assets.

- Working with internal and external stakeholders on the preparation of financial statements for your legal entities;

- Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations for accounts within your responsibility;

**Who we are looking for**:

- You have strong experience working within accounting;

- You have a good experience of handling tax and financial statement audits and being the first contact for the auditors;

- You are familiar with performing internal controls and balance sheet reconciliation;

- You have a profound knowledge of direct and indirect taxes as well as statistical reporting;

- You are a great communicator who can build strong, cross-functional relationships and explain the "why" behind a financial process in a simple, engaging way and a great track record of taking people with you;

- Someone who has a structured and documented work approach and knows how to set the right priorities;

- You love to work within an international team;

- You speak Italian and English fluently (essential because of very regular interactions with the rest of the Mediterranean team - based in Madrid, the Benelux team - based in Amsterdam and Bruxelles, and the Group - based in London);

- You love numbers and Excel has no secret for you;

- As a bonus: Power BI knowledge and experience with D365;
