**About the role**:

Straumann Italy is looking for an experienced Junior Finance Analyst who will primarily be focused on supporting Head of Finance and Operations Director, including controlling activities, AP, AR and Capex.

Reporting to the Finance and Operations Director, he/she will be in charge of the following activities:

- Respond to ad-hoc requests from the Finance Director relating to AR accounting reconciliation,

- Support month-end close process

- Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Assist with the development of complaints/consignment stock analysis

- Day by day activities will include accruals, revenues/costs/investments analysis and control, internal auditing compliance, guidance to internal customers for finance related questions

- Accruals, month end closing activities.

- Support operations and business analyses, loaners digital devices controlling and analysis

- Support to the various departments for related SAP finance matters

- Participates to monthly closing process in deep collaboration with Central Acccounting Services

- Monthly accruals, and monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliations

- Supervision the ledger, creditors and debtors' administration.

- Costs and capex controlling.

- Consolidates and supervises activity in relation with dental chains

- Participates to continuous IT information system improvement and optimization.

- 5/6 years experience in a previous controlling role

- University Degree in Economics

- Great knowledge of the office package (especially excellent Excel skills)

- Advanced in English

- SAP proficiency needed.

- Strong attention to detail with high personal standards for accuracy and quality of work

- Great analytical and communication skills
