We are a dedicated and motivated team of **13 people**, located in **Pedrengo - Bergamo**, and represent the five brands of our group in the domestic market, providing laboratories with innovative, precise and efficient solutions: Retsch is our specialist in laboratory mills and sieving equipment.

Microtrac develops leading solutions for particle characterization.

Carbolite supplies high-performance laboratory ovens.

Eltra enables precise elemental analysis, and QATM takes care of metallographic sample preparation and hardness testing.

Verder Scientific operates nine production sites and eleven sales companies worldwide and are part of the German-Dutch technology group Verder, a group of companies with over 2000 employees around the globe.

Currently we are looking for a highly motivated **Finance and Administration Employee** located in Bergamo.

**Doing what is fun

- Preparation of year-end and pre-tax financial statements

- Financial reporting and preparation of control budgets

- General internal accounting and tax bookkeeping

- Treasury/cash management and bank relations

- Invoicing management - control and registration of accounts payable

- Recording and management of payment receipts, with related credit control and payment reminders

- Management of periodic tax fulfilments (VAT, Instrastat, Lipe, CU, stamp duty payments)

- Personnel management with prime entries accounting and expense notes

- Management of Enasarco compliance, payment of commissions and withholding taxes for local sales agents;

- General administrative services management (security, personnel, training, insurances)

**What we require

- University degree or high-school Diploma

- JOB EXPERIENCE proved at least 5 years

- GOOD LEVEL OF ENGLISH

- Excellent knowledge of the tasks to be performed

- Ability to use ZUCCHETTI ERP software

- Good use of PC and Office package

- Strong personal motivation, resourcefulness, dynamism, flexibility, good interpersonal skills

- Flexibility and spirit of initiative
