The Role of the Finance Assistant: • Assist in month-end/year-end closing procedures and reconciliation.

• Assist in implementing and optimizing digital workflows (e-invoicing, internal system

operations).

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.

• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in OFFICE and accounting software (experience with ERP systems is a plus).

• Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills in both English and Italian(Mandarin is a plus).
