The complexity of our financial, accounting, and compliance functions is expanding in tandem, making our Finance team key to the company's growth.

At present, we're looking to expand the team with a finance partner to help across the board, with a focus on reporting and on reconciling our business plans with our financial statements, and with another one who will act as a controller, contributing to these tasks too, but being primarily responsible for optimizing costs.

A few examples of your responsibilities

- Provide regular financial analysis for informed business decisions.

Create financial models, trends analysis, and ad-hoc fiscal forecasts.

- Stay updated on tax and accounting laws to ensure tax compliance and resource optimization.

- Collaborate with external experts for financial statements, due diligence, and fiscal incentives.

- Implement effective accounting policies and models.

- Interpret contracts and review agreements with Legal.

- Support fundraising planning especially by providing financial insights and analysis.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings: Conduct regular reviews of expenditures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
