As **Finance Business Partner** you will:

- Be responsible for financial planning and analysis including annual strategic plan, monthly/quarterly budgets and forecasts;

- Partner with the various business lines to provide value-added analytics to understand key drivers of business growth/productivity and how to impact them;

- Drive monthly and quarterly Business Reviews and coordinate year-end closing tasks (internally and with external accounting firm);

- Perform Ad-hoc benchmark reporting & deep dive analysis to support business decision making;

- Participate to important decisions on pricing, sales and marketing providing your point of view;

- Manage the efficiency of Finance and Accounting processes (e. g. , active invoicing and collection of inputs from the business, forecasting, etc);

- Report directly to COO and support on all of the financial aspects of the business;

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline is strongly preferred

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, Controlling

- History of successfully impacting business decision making through analysis and deep dives

- Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting

- Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders and projects with limited resources

- Self-starter who excels in technically demanding, fast-paced, and fluid environments

- Fluent in English and Italian

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Team management experience is preferred

- Be flexible and understand dynamics both of a service and product business

- Be a team player and build strong relationships with senior leaders of the team
