Finance - Chief Financial Officer - Cfo
RETRIBUZIONE ANNUA LORDA: SETTORE DI APPARTENENZA: Finance DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA We are looking for a role of Finance Process Manager for one of the most important luxury company – HQ Emilia RomagnaHe/she will be responsible for managing/supervising all Finance issues.
He/she will be the point of contact for the Corporate Finance team reporting directly to the CFO. The manager can drive complex transformations through IT technology, human resources and innovation, cooperating to the design of to-be processes within the Finance department. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Treasury and Cash Management• Accounts Payable• Accounts Receivable• Finance AdministrationMAIN ACTIVITIES• Participation in the project team responsible for Finance Transformation, in his/her capacity as business process expert for the Finance area• Proactive cooperation to the design of to-be processes identifying process improvement and optimization opportunities, both for system and organizational aspects• Support to business project owners of the Finance area, coordinating their involvement in the design phases and in the following test and implementation phases ensuring an effective transition• Cooperate with various stakeholders in the Finance area with IT teams and with the other company functions simultaneously with the transformation phase• Support the set-up of financial procedures in the areas of invoicing, accounting, tax, etc. • Manage accounts receivable and payable• Reconcile accounts with customers and clear customer balances in a timely manner, and send reminders to customers regularly• Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct;• Answers questions and provides assistance to stakeholders, customers and clients as needed;• Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions. • Participate in reviewing finance related policies and procedures in line the principle of HQKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS• Master's degree in economics• Work experience of at least 5-7 years, gained preferably with consultancy companies, in projects linked to Finance Process or with Industrial – Luxury companies operating in international environments• Solid knowledge of the main finance processes• Good knowledge of SAP• Ability to work in team and of Project Management• Ability to work by objectives; result-oriented• Very good communication and interpersonal skills• Very good knowledge of the English language PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE We are looking for a role of Finance Process Manager for one of the most important luxury company – HQ Emilia RomagnaHe/she will be responsible for managing/supervising all Finance issues.
