Job Description We are seeking a highly qualified Finance Controller to join our finance team. In this role, you will leverage your solid experience in structured corporate environments, ideally within the healthcare sector, to manage and supervise our company's financial activities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with current regulations and contributing to the achievement of our strategic goals. As a Finance Controller, you will supervise general accounting activities to ensure the accuracy of our financial records and compliance with accounting standards. You will be tasked with preparing and analysing quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as handling monthly closings. Managing the budgeting and forecasting process will be a crucial part of your role, where you will provide detailed analysis and support for key business decisions. Your expertise will be essential in monitoring and managing the company's cash flow, along with identifying opportunities for optimisation. You will develop and implement internal control systems to ensure the integrity of financial information, and collaborate with internal and external auditing teams during financial reviews. You will provide financial reports and in-depth analysis for company management and stakeholders, participate in strategic company projects, and support management in due diligence activities and integration during mergers and acquisitions. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement alongside ensuring compliance with tax and fiscal regulations. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with at least 7-10 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in structured companies and the healthcare sector is preferred. You should possess in-depth knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail. You must be able to work under tight deadlines and have IT skills, particularly with accounting software and ERP systems (preferably SAP). Effective communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation are crucial, along with a proactive approach, autonomy, and a strong focus towards results. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
