We are looking for a position of a Financial Controller for one of our clients, a fashion retail company with HQ in Como.

The company offers the opportunity to work in SW. Key Responsibilities: Support the preparation/management of financial statements, budget, and cash flow; Manage the reporting documentation; Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to the management team, enabling informed decision-making; Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations; Collaborate with cross-functional teams promoting synergies.

The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics: Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; 3-5 years of experience in a retail company as Controller; Experience in reporting, analysis, and forecasting; Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams; Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
