We are looking for a position of a Financial Controller for one of our clients, a fashion retail company with HQ in Como.

The company offers the opportunity to work in SW.

Key Responsibilities: Support the preparation/management of financial statements, budget, and cash flow;Manage the reporting documentation;Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to the management team, enabling informed decision-making;Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations;Collaborate with cross-functional teams promoting synergies. The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics: Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;3-5 years of experience in a retail company as Controller;Experience in reporting, analysis, and forecasting;Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams;Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
