JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:The main goal of the job is to provide support to the marketing controlling team's different activities, which involve:The Brand Net Sales reporting for both the Management and the Marketing teamMarketing Controlling activity of the costVariance cost analysisSupport the Marketing team for any Finance-related topicSupport the controlling of the Boutique business entityProduct's Gross Margins and Profitability analysisKey factors for success in this position include accountability, precision, and problem-solving, along with an entrepreneurial mindset. The main challenges of the position are linked to the broad scope of the team and the precision required to meet the company standards. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:Be responsible for the Brand Financial Reporting of the CompanyBe a key contact for the Milan Corporate Marketing team for any Finance-related inquiriesBe a key player in supporting the team across the various topics they are involved inNETWORK OF INTERACTION:INTERNAL: Marketing and Finance Corporate teams will be the key stakeholders.
