Overall Purpose of Finance Executive at We Are Social The Finance Executive will update accounting records of We Are Social (Italy) to reflect truthful and fair financial results and positions of the company, allowing for meaningful interpretation of financial results. Specific Content of your Role Support the Finance Manager with daily updating of financial transactions. Update general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and fixed assets register. Assist in issuing invoices and updating payments from clients; assist in debtor collection. Maintain accounts payables by inputting supplier invoices. List expected payments to suppliers weekly, issue payments for invoices due, and update payment details. Assist in P&L reporting and analysis. Organize financial document filing for easy retrieval. Address any other ad-hoc finance/account-related projects assigned. Key Areas of Competence Meticulous and detail-oriented. Good knowledge of accounting. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel. Able to work independently with little supervision. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure. Ability to collaborate with people across different departments. Requirements Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline. At least 1 to 2 years of accounting experience. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive working attitude.
