Finance Group Reporting Manager
Posizione Bulgari Spa, within its Consolidation, Reporting & Governance Department based in Rome, is searching for a Finance Group Reporting Manager. The resource will report to the Consolidation, Reporting & Governance Senior Manager. The role mission will be to produce adequate, accurate, reliable, and «on time» consolidated financial data related to Bulgari Group to all stakeholders entitled to receive this information.
Main Accountabilities
Reporting:
Prepare closing instructions & annual calendar in collaboration with controlling teams and set up the Consolidation system. Review PL/BS/CF (Profit & Loss/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow) captions submitted by local companies in collaboration with controlling teams for actual/planning closing. Compute some Corporate manual entries (such as "profit on stock", tax impact, etc. ) and ensure the posting of all manual entries in LVMH and Bulgari IT Systems for each actual closing. Prepare actual monthly internal managerial reporting for Bulgari Top management. Provide specific reports to other internal departments upon "on demand" requests. Submit all actual closing requested by LVMH, including additional information and related analysis requested on monthly basis. Submission of CF/TAX for the planning session. Deal with external auditors by providing all documentation requested for auditing purposes. Guarantee the definition and the implementation both of the Group Accounting Manual and of the Chart of Accounts. Support the integration of ESG metrics into financial reporting, aligning with Bulgari and LVMH's sustainability goals. Drive the adoption of automation tools and streamlined workflows to enhance the efficiency of consolidation and reporting processes. Leverage advanced analytics tools (e. g. , Power BI) to provide insightful, data-driven reports for decision-making and operational improvements. Align financial reporting and insights with the strategic objectives of Bulgari and LVMH, supporting top management in decision-making. Advisory & support:
Ensure the definition and the implementation of the Group reporting system in collaboration with the IT department, including new developments and training to the local subsidiaries. Provide training/support to local F&A subsidiaries on closing activities, closing process, reporting tools, special projects (start up, significant IT tools implementation, significant changes in accounting treatments) etc. IFRS advisory on specific accounting treatmentsPeople management:

University Degree in Accounting, Economics or FinanceAt least 6 years of experience in consolidation or audit of consolidationVery good knowledge of IAS/IFRSgood knowledge of SAP and consolidation IT toolsPersonal Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as fluency in English. Analytical, intuitive, creative mindset. Ability to adapt with changing circumstances and embrace change with a positive attitude. Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, well organized and able to work towards challenging deadlines. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
