Finance Internship (m/f)

Bayer Crop Science is a leading agricultural company specializing in innovative crop protection products, seeds and digital solutions to support farmers in sustainably increasing productivity.

Bayer Crop Science is looking for a brilliant Finance Intern to support the Finance Italy/Greece team with the digitalization, enabling the usability of the Finance data within the commercial teams.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements

Support in planning and organizing data flows to support finance-related processes and decision-making

Assist the Finance and the commercial teams in the digital transformation, maximizing the usability of dashboards with key metrics and performance

WHO YOU ARE:

Master's degree in Economics, Business Engineering or Management Engineering

Highly motivated, proactive, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and challenges

Flexibility and excellent analytical skills complete the profile

Excellent digital skills, including strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point)

Good knowledge of Power BI is a plus

Excellent knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue
