Our client is an established multinational water solutions company with operations in approximately 15 locations globally. In recent years, they have made several strategic acquisitions, expanding their presence in Europe. In Italy, they operate through two separate acquired entities. Position Overview They are seeking an experienced Finance Leader to manage the financial operations of one of their Italian entities to be based in Milan. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial leadership, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with global financial standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities Full accountability for the entity's income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow management Provide financial leadership to establish and achieve financial goals and objectives Lead the development and implementation of all financial planning cycles - annual budget, quarterly/monthly forecasts Maintain and improve financial measurement and reporting systems that provide management with appropriate information Manage external auditor relationships to facilitate efficient completion of audit procedures Serve as a business partner to regional finance teams and operating team to drive vision, business initiatives, growth, and profitability Provide visibility on profitability by Project & Product lines Develop effective operational partnerships in the region and with other counterparts to achieve financial objectives Partner with Global Controller to ensure implementation of and compliance with global processes & policies Report and analyze monthly financial performance with current/next quarter forecasts Develop and drive working capital reduction programs, including receivables, payables, and inventory management Enable and supervise the implementation of ERP systems in the region Ensure compliance with internal control procedures to minimize business risk Lead the operations finance & Controllership team Share a junior accountant resource with another entity Requirements Required International experience Experience with fast-paced, always-on environments Proficiency with complex global ERP systems Experience driving transformation and efficiencies in controls and accounting systems Strong financial planning and reporting skills Expertise in working capital management Knowledge of internal control procedures Leadership abilities and business partnership skills Ability to develop effective operational partnerships Preferred Public accounting firm audit experience Experience working in both private and publicly traded companies Public company experience Strong tax experience Technology or software industry experience Experience supervising full-cycle accounts payable Proficiency in revenue reporting processes, reconciliation, and controls Benefits Salary: €75, 000 Additional benefits package to be discussed during the interview process J-18808-Ljbffr
