An international Pharma company is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst (manager level) for the EMEA.

In this role you will provide help in resource forecasting (FTE and EPE) across the R&D organization to support robust drug/vaccine development project management and portfolio governance processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to quickly analyze large range of data (planned effort, timesheet, benchmarking database, trends) and to come up with pertinent conclusions and recommendations for upper management.

- Implementation of appropriate ways of working to ensure information flows across different level of resource management (from strategic to shop floor).

- Seek most appropriate external benchmark data and analyses to challenge and improve the quality of PPRM deliverable provided to the R&D organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree with PMP (or similar) certification/ MS Degree with PMP (or similar certification).

- OR University Degree: Finance, Economic, Business Management Master or equivalent.

- Min 5 years of experience in resource management in matrix environment, ideally in R&D.
