We are currently looking for a **short-term EMEA Finance Manager** to support the Senior Director - Global Controller with driving efficiencies across the finance function under the Data & Digital Media Practice DDM within Media. Monks, part of S4 Capital plc.

**This is a 6 month contract with the possibility for extension.

**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of the region's results in compliance with group deadlines

- Prepare monthly comprehensive financial analysis and business commentaries with respect to the accounting policies, monitoring and reconciliation activities according to management requirements

- Evaluate and strengthen existing internal controls, implement new controls in accordance to group guidelines

- Manage and support statutory compliance requirements for the region

- Support the audit and tax processes to ensure timely filing for the region

- Manage the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger functions and

bank accounts operations on a day to day basis.

- Cash flow management

- Maintain strong relationship with internal and external parties to improve business

processes and drive efficiency across the region

- Assist with ERP system implementation in EMEA as part of the global rollout

- Assist with ad hoc analysis and project as needed

**What you bring to it

- ACA qualified - preferably with experience in a Big 4 firm

- At least 5 years PQE industry experience.

- Multinational advertising industry experience would be an advantage but not essential.

- IFRS knowledge required

- Ambitious, hardworking, and problem-solving mentality

- Energy, enthusiasm, and ability to drive change

- Self-starter with excellent analytical and communication skills

- Adaptable and flexible for a dynamic and changing environment

- Ability to partner with a range of stakeholders from finance and non-finance backgrounds

to drive performance

- Ability to work under pressure

- Excellent time management, prioritization and deadline adherence
