Reporting to the Managing Director, he/she will be the focal point of the Finance Department of the Italian branch of the company, leading a team of 2 people.

He/she will be asked to guarantee the correct execution of:• Financial Reporting (local and US GAAP)• Budgeting• Accounting (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, statutory reporting)• HR & Payroll (salaries, HR support, incentives, interface between payroll consultant and employees)• Administration (archiving, office supplies purchasing, car lease, other administrative tasks)• Management of processes and activities related to ESG and GDPR compliance The ideal candidate is a Finance Manager, with excellent English, who has gained sound experience within the Finance Department of Italian branches of multinational companies and an initial 2-year experience at a Big Four Firm (EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte).

Alternatively, we are also open to considering Senior Accountants who are interested in growing into a managerial role as the head of the Finance Department. He/she is endowed with excellent analytical skills, precision, strong interpersonal skills and business sense, enterprising, autonomous, result-oriented, able to work in teams and in multicultural contexts. A good knowledge of or ERP and CRM systems, flexibility, and availability to travel complete the profile. Work location: North West Milan
