We are looking for a talented

Finance Manager

for one of our manufacturing plants operating in the automotive industry, dedicated to the production of fabric interiors for cars.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the plant's financial, accounting and controlling activities, supporting management in defining economic-financial strategies and contributing to the company's sustainable growth. The role will report hierarchically to the Plant General Manager and functionally to the EMEA Finance Department of the Group.

Work location:

Campi Bisenzio (FI), with possible occasional international travel (1-2 times per year).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial and Accounting Management:

Coordinate accounting, tax and financial activities, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Management Control:

Supervise budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes. Treasury Management:

Monitor cash flows and manage relationships with banking institutions. Reporting:

Prepare consolidated monthly reporting packages, providing detailed analyses of economic, financial and asset performance. Audit and Compliance:

Coordinate audit activities with external auditing firms. Process Optimization:

Implement strategies to improve the efficiency of administrative and financial processes. AFC Team Management:

Lead and develop the Administration, Finance, and Control team. Strategic Support:

Assist management in defining business strategies and investment plans. Control of Foreign Subsidiaries' Activities:

Oversee financial operations of international subsidiaries. TECHNICAL SKILLS:Solid experience in manufacturing work environment, preferably automotive. Strong knowledge of accounting standards (ITA GAAP, IFRS) and Italian tax regulations up to financial statement preparation. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Proven experience in treasury management and relationships with banking institutions. Excellent proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI). Fluent written and spoken English. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:Master's degree in Economics or equivalent. At least 8 years of professional experience in administration, finance, and management control, preferably in multinational environments. Previous experience managing and coordinating functional teams. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing/production environments.

Experience in the automotive or textile sectors will be considered a plus.
