Finance Manager
Our client is Telemecanique Sensors, a worldwide key player in the sensors business with a strong brand that is recognized for its excellence and expertise, and with a strong development roadmap.
The company is covering over 5 countries and will operate commercially from 16 countries, with more than 90 years of experience and a broad portfolio of sensing solutions.
Telemevanique Sensors intends to structure their organization in the company in Italy, so we are searching their:
**FINANCE MANAGER**:
**Main responsibilities**:
**Purpose of the job**: as head of local finance, the Finance Manager will be single point of contact for finance with a 360° view on finance, the "control tower" of the legal entity, reporting to EMEA finance and tight link with the cluster leader.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Financial analysis and budgeting: prepare financial statements and reports on current company financial position, direct a monthly closing procedures, monitor the general/sub ledger accounting, review and consolidate balance sheet elements, working with the Poland-based shared service center;
- Tax compliance: maintains conformity to all local and corporate laws and policies, ensure tax filing with the support of the local advisor;
- Ensure controls are embedded locally for internal/external audit;
- Support on business operations with Commercial policy;
- Handle local Credit collection, analyze risk and manage exposure to customer credit, in relation with Corporate Credit Manager;
- Treasury: Manages and analyzes financial operations including cash flow generation for a country.

The role is a committed, autonomous Finance Manager who wants to have an impact on the business, who already experienced this role in a mid size company or in a BU of a large group or in a consulting firms, with a hands-on mindset and an ambition to grow with the business and to develop his own skills in a international team, sharing talents and experiences.
**Others skills**:
- Fluent English is essential;
- Skills IT: SAP ledgers, advanced Excel;
- Business acumen, communication skills with a large range of internal / external support functions (audit firms, legal, business), personal development ambitions, agile and reactive, hands-on and achievement oriented.
