Job Description You will oversee and manage financial reporting and analysis for the Italian legal entity: Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making, collaborating with senior leadership. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, aligning with corporate targets. Support audits and ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations and corporate policies. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, leveraging automation. Follow up all finance related topics on ERP system (IFS). Qualifications Job specific qualification Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or Master degree. 5 years of experience in finance or controlling, preferably in a multinational company. Good communication skills and proven experience in a matrix organization structure. Strong knowledge of Italian accounting standards, tax regulations, financial reporting practices. Proficiency in financial software (e. g. , ERPs, Excel, or other finance consolidation tools). Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
