Our Client is a local Family Company operating in the Industrial Goods sector, part of an international Group, with several offices and location within the Italian territory and HQ nearby Torino.

In order to strengthen their F&A central Department, they're searching for an Finance & Administration Manager

**Posizione**:

- Reporting to the local Company's CEO and having frequent contacts and business exchanges with the other international functions Partners, managing the local Accounting and Reporting Team, composed by 5 people;

- Prepare, with the support of the Consultancy Companies and/or External Audit, periodic reports and the preparation of the annual financial statements;

- Manage relations with Banks, Investors and Shareholders - where required and as previously agreed and aligned with the General Management;

- Present outcomes and business outlook to stakeholders and shareholders, driving financial planning processes related to headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and short, mid, long-range planning;

- When required, collaborate cross-functionally and cross-country with other Managers, as well as operations including purchasing, accounting, corporate finance and so on.

**Requisiti**:

- At least 6/7 years of experience in similar roles in local italian Industrial Companies, preferably in contact with and / or part of international Groups;

- Degree or Master Degree in Financials or Economicals;

- ITA-GAAP, IAFS, US-GAAP knowledge;

- Proven experience in people management, within modern industrial working environments;

- Fluency both in Italian and in English languages, written and spoken;

- Target-oriented, precise, focused.
