Who we're looking for

We're looking for an enthusiastic Finance Manager to join our finance team in Milan.

The person will lead a team of 7 people including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control.

This role would be ideal for someone who has experience in finance and wants to propel their career forward.

**What your day to day will look like

Implementing strong and robust accounting processes

Producing monthly management accounts

Managing payroll, stock and VAT

Ensuring robust controls around cost and spend whilst managing key stakeholders

Gross Margin analysis

Overseeing balance sheet processes are followed with group reporting deadlines

Managing monthly and quarterly fiscal requirements (VAT, WHT, Intrastat, etc.

)

Being the main point of contact for audit enquiries

Assisting with various internal projects, including system utilization and process improvement

**What you need to succeed

- A degree and analytical skills

- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Windows.

Knowledge of NetSuite would be desirable

- A strong attention to detail

- To have an enthusiastic, motivated and a committed 'can do' attitude

- To be able to communicate with colleagues and external people at all levels of seniority

- To be trustworthy, reliable, team player who can work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
