**Essential Responsibilities****:

- Site execution of manufacturing finance activities, support planning, pacing, and closing activities.

Own Supply chain metrics impacting P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls (PI, Revals, standards, variances, etc.

), product fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, etc.

- Developing in-depth knowledge of manufacturing finance.

- Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.

- Focused on monitoring of key KPIs like aged WIP, quarantine, scraps; bullet train and project costs.

- Support all Physical inventory activities.

- Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.

May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to support the plant leader's staff in arriving to decisions.

- Support data analysis on cost items and support actions for all plants.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration/Finance from an accredited university or college.

- Previous experience in Finance Manufacturing is a plus.

- Fluent in English and Italian

- EU work permit
